Perfect First Date

May 17th, 2009 by jwsumner

Perfect First DateFiguring out how to plan the perfect first date full of good food and fun activities can be a daunting task. Many people have no idea how to plan the perfect first date. Remember, the main idea behind creating the perfect first date is how to get her to come back for a second date.

The first step in planning how to create that perfect first date is to skip the old cliché dinner and a movie. While food is always a plus in planning the perfect first date, the trend in first dates has shifted to more fun activities you can do together. Another downside on the movie idea is there’s no talking during a movie, so you have no idea how to learn more about your date. Instead, plan a fun outing or other physical activity that you can enjoy together.

While food is always a good idea when planning a first date, some times the idea of a stuffy dinner at an expensive restaurant makes you and your date nervous, and that’s no fun. Instead, think of how to get good food in a more comfortable setting. Perhaps a picnic, street fair, sporting event, or at the mall would be a nice idea to grab a bite of food. All of these venues provide a group environment for you and your perfect date to interact in first before going on to a quiet and intimate setting. A good idea is to see how your date interacts with others and also the wait staff.

A fun new trend in first dates is planning ideas that revolve around physical activity. Not only does it give you and your date something to talk about, and something to do if you run out of things to talk about, but it also releases some of the sexual energy inherent in your first date. Playing mini golf, going to a driving range or batting cages, people watching at a fair or in the mall, window shopping, or even bungee jumping are all great ideas for a perfect first date. Your date is sure to remember the fun activities you had planned when she is thinking on the idea of accepting your offer for a second date. Sporting events are another popular first date, even though some people don’t like the idea of sports, many love the idea of going to sporting events. Just make sure you aren’t rooting for the rival team.

So, a good idea on how to plan the perfect first date is to plan it full of fun physical activities and good food that you can enjoy in a comfortable community environment, and you’ll be sure to get that second date, and many more after that.
